Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of municipal waste collection services from property owners living in the Rbino commune in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 and the transport of this waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Wardyń Gorne (Manager: Midzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o., Wardy Grny 35, 78-320 Poczyn Zdrj), in accordance with: Resolution No. XX/240/20 of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Assembly of October 22, 2020 on the adoption of the update of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2020-2026 taking into account the perspective for 2027-2032; Resolution No. XXXVII/153/2018 of the Rbino Commune Council of September 27, 2018 on entrusting Midzygminny Przedsibiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wardyń Gorny, the Commune's own opinions regarding municipal waste management and the expression consent to the conclusion of an executive agreement by the Rbino Commune.
