- 1. The subject of the order is: Collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Pyrzyce Commune and its management. The scope of this order includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste from real estate indicated in the order description located in the Pyrzyce Commune, where residents live, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) with the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Assembly No. XX/240/20 of October 22, 2020 on the adoption of the Management Plan Waste for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2026, taking into account the perspective for the years 2027-2032, and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune in force during the term of the contract, approved by the Resolution of the City Council in Pyrzyce No. XXIII/169/20 of 28 May 2020 regarding the adoption of the Maintenance Regulations
