- Collection of municipal waste from real estate inhabited and uninhabited from the area of the commune of Lubań and their transport to the municipal installation in Lubań in the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028
2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular:
1) waste collectionmunicipal from the owners of residential real estate, including single -family housing and multi -family housing, from property owners where residents do not live, and waste is created and their transport to the municipal installation - the Center for the Utilization of Waste of the Lusatian communes at ul.Bazaltowa 1 in Lubań, for further development;
2) equipping all property owners with containers equipped with an identification system using RFID technology for collecting non -tedious municipal waste (mixed) and maintaining these containersIn proper sanitary and technical condition, in the absence of RFID chip in containers, the contractor is obliged to supplement the containers with the appropriate RFID readers within 6 months of signing the contract;
3) equipping the indicated real estate with triple stands onSacks and bags designed for selective collection of municipal waste such as: paper, metals and plastics as well as glass in the individual system;
