- Description:
- Subject of the order: Collection, segregation and management of waste code 17 09 04 collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, segregated and managed is 750 Mg/during the duration of the contract. Due to the difficult to predict amount of waste, it is estimated quantity specified in section 4 may change. Therefore, during the execution of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 40%. Reducing the amount of waste in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor towards the Ordering Party, in particular for payment remuneration for the unfulfilled part of the contract and payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated amount. In this situation, an annex is not required. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 60% of the estimated amounts of waste to be collected during the period contracts.
