Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive collection and development of components for the production of alternative RDF fuel, created in the process of recovery or recycling of waste at the Waste Management Plant in Toniszewo - hereinafter referred to as ZZO. Development of components for the production of alternative fuelo must comply with the applicable legal regulations and the recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699). The Ordering Party estimates that the monthly quantities of RDF components will amount to approximately 1,300 Mg. These quantities canchange during the performance of the contract. For the production of alternative fuel components RDF, unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15), waste paper and plastics are used. Components for RDF will be prepared for collection in a compressed form, bound with steel wire and in a loose state in the proportion of 50:50% depending on the resources of the plant. The decision which goods will be delivered will be made when the transport enters the weighbridge. The pressed waste bales will be approximately 80x100x120. The average weight of a waste bale is approx. 550 - 650 kg. Paramquality values of waste: - calorific value from about 10 - about 13MgJ / kg - humidity - above 15% The given results are indicative and may change depending on the batch of waste.
