Description:
has appropriate qualifications and certificates authorizing the transport of dangerous goods, the Contractor's vehicle with a load capacity of up to 10 tons due to difficulties in entering the hospital premises and subsequent maneuvering at the waste warehouse, waste will be collected by the Contractor from one storage place at on the premises of the facility belonging to the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party stipulates that the amounts given are estimates. The given price in the offer should include the costs of: disposal, transport, loading and unloading, delivery of containers in which bags from individual departments are packed in the quantity needed for proper waste management.5. Conditions for the Contractor: food waste collected in standard containers 6. Hazardous medical waste will be weighed at the Ordering Party's before being taken for disposal.7. The Contractor will each time confirm the performance of the hazardous medical waste collection service prepared waste collection document in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 8, 2010. on templates of documents used for waste records (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1673).
