- The subject of the order is: Collection, transport and disposal of medical waste from the Olmedica hospital in Olecko sp. z o.o. in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1.587) by a company with a permit to manage these waste. in an estimated amount of 49,518 kg (a different amount is in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) within 24 months, in the quantities and assortment specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.1.
