- 1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and disposal of waste originating from the activities of SPWSZ in Szczecin - 2 tasks.
2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4A/4B to the SWZ and in the Description of the Subject Matter Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin with its registered office at ul. ArkoΕska 4, 71-455 Szczecin, in the location at ul. ArkoΕska 4 and ul. A. SokoΕowskiego 11.
5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the order. The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the order to subcontractors. In case of intention to exercise subject of the order with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer the parts of the order (material scopes) the performance of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on Offer. If subcontracting is not indicated in the Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only on the terms specified in the contract.
