- The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01. The subject of the order includes 4 parts. Waste with code 20 02 01 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in loose form. The Ordering Party stipulates that in its the waste may include plastic bags - waste collection system at the source (bags, containers). The waste covered by this order must be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions allowing the processing of this waste in a manner consistent with with applicable legal provisions in this regard and the processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste. Waste collection will be carried out by means of transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, including the costs of transport and insurance for the duration of transport and unloading.
