- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of catering waste, category 3 materials in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 specifying sanitary regulations regarding products animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption, and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 (Regulation on animal by-products) (OJ EU.L 2009.300.1), from their places of storage, i.e.
Task No. 1
1) the Ordering Party's canteen (address: ul. GΕowna 1 78-513 Oleszno);
2) the Ordering Party's training ground canteens in Karwice, Konotopa, Wiedzy and places indicated by the Ordering Party in the area of ββthe Drawsko Pom. training ground, for places of removal and use of Category 3 material in the field of composting or conversion into biogas
Task no 2
1) the Ordering Party's canteen in Nadarzyce (address 21 CPL 64-915 Jastrowie);
2) the Ordering Party's canteen in WaΕcz (address ul. KoΕciuszki 24 78-600 WaΕcz);
3) the Ordering Party's canteen in ZΕocieniec (address: ul. Trzeciakow 4, 78-524 ZΕocieniec)
to sites for disposal and application of Category 3 material within the scope composting plant or conversion into biogas
