- 1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Żarki commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located at ul. Myszkowska 61b in Żarki.
2. Contractor within the subject contract is obliged to provide the following services to the Ordering Party:
inhabited, single-family buildings, including dual-function buildings in this development, and multi-unit development,
real estate with summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, and municipal waste from the Żarki Commune is generated on them,
from the Selective Collection Point Waste and selective collection points for expired medicines, needles and syringes, chemicals, and points for used batteries and small accumulators.
