Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Żarki commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located at ul. Myszkowska 61b w Żarki. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide the following services to the Ordering Party: 2.1. Providing the service of collection and transport of municipal solid waste provided by property owners: 2.1.1. inhabited, single-family buildings, including dual-function buildings in this development, and multi-unit buildings, 2.1.2. real estate where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, and they generate municipal waste from the Żarki Commune, 2.1.3. from the Selective Waste Collection Point and selective collection points for expired medicines, needles and syringes, chemicals, and used points batteries and small accumulators.
