- The subject of the contract is the receipt, transport and management of municipal waste in an estimated average monthly amount of 470 mg (total during the duration of the contract 2350 mg) and optionally: no more than 200 mg - on a scale of the entire contract (a detailed description of the right law is included in point 21.10 SWZ) withall inhabited real estate, and from a summer house or from another property used for recreation and recreation purposes, excluding the area covering the so -called JOR - Polana, in a way that ensures reaches appropriate recycling levels, preparation forRe -use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as well as executive acts, as well as current in the periodperforming the order by provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship and local law, as well as the receipt and development of the entire municipal waste, transferred by owners of residential property and from a summer house or from another propertyused for recreational and recreation purposes in the Sulejow commune to PSZOK (without conducting and servicing PSZOK).
