- The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from properties inhabited by residents located in the Daszyna commune and from summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes. recreation facilities in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan of the Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Daszyna Commune, as well as other statutory and local provisions.
