- 1. The subject of the order in the public procurement procedure entitled "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated as part of the local municipal waste management system organized by the Purposeful Association of Municipalities SGO5", no. SGO5.271.7.2025.AF (hereinafter also: "Proceedings"), for the purposes of which this order document was prepared, is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated as part of the municipal waste management system organized by Purposeful Association of Municipalities SGO5 (hereinafter also: "CZG SGO5") - from the territory of member communes of the Purposeful Association of Municipalities SGO5 - during a period of 36 consecutive months, provided that this period may: 1) be shortened, including in the event of exhaustion of the quota scope of the contract, i.e. reaching the expenditure limit earlier than within 36 months, resulting from the amount of the maximum remuneration due to the contractor for proper performance of the contract, 2) be extended, including in the event of use by the Ordering Party from the right to exercise the option right. 2. The scope of the order includes: 1) collecting municipal waste periodically and systematically "at the source" from property owners participating in the waste collection system municipal services provided by CZG SGO5 divided into fractions distinguished by the Ordering Party, 2) collection of municipal waste as part of organized collection campaigns (so-called "mobile collections") with division...
