- 4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service as part of the project titled: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste in the Gorzkw Commune in 2026.4.2. The service includes comprehensive activities related to the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all owners. residential properties located in the Gorzkow Commune, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), in accordance with: 1) the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), 2) the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws Laws of 2023, item 1587 from Mon. amended),3) Regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10),4) Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gorzkw Commune,5) this Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ).4.3.
