Description:
1. The subject of this contract includes the performance of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Kostomłoty commune, by the next 24 months, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, which consists of:
1) the collection of municipal waste (emptying containers from municipal waste and the transport of these waste to their development places) from the area of inhabited real estate and from the area of real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is created - the number and capacity of containers and containers, according to attachments No. 1 - 4 constituting an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),
2) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected from public points - Annex 2 to OPZ;
3) equipping the property with devices for collecting and maintaining them in adequate technical and sanitary condition;
4) running a selective waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) along with the development of the waste collected in it;
5) protecting open containers in PSZOK against rainfall (to avoid increasing the tonnage by soaking waste);
6) developing collected waste, including PSZOK;
7) preparation for the Employer and the transfer in form, arrangement and specific dates, necessary statistical data resulting from identical reporting for the subject of the contract;
