- 1. The subject of the order is "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of ββthe Moszczenica Commune".
2. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential and used real estate. for recreational purposes and unresidential properties in the Moszczenica commune, Piotrkow County, province. ΕodΕΊ in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and other applicable regulations during the service.
As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage all municipal waste from the property inhabited, uninhabited and properties used for recreational purposes in the Moszczenica commune. Ordering party Is interested in comprehensive performance of the service in a manner consistent with applicable law and the description of the subject of the order.
Length of roads approx. 160 km.
