Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from municipal properties in the Świebodzin Commune.
2. The scope of the order includes:
1) collection of municipal waste from municipal properties located in the Świebodzin Commune (Lubusz Voivodeship, Świebodziński County), the list of which is included in Annex No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), cyclically at the source (from the place of waste collection), divided into the following fractions:
a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as: "mixed waste"),
b) paper,
c) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,
d) glass,
e) bio-waste constituting municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as: "bio-waste"),
f) used tires,
g) bulky waste,
2) collecting municipal waste as part of additional collections,
3) transportation received municipal waste referred to in points 1-2 (hereinafter referred to as: "municipal waste") to the place of waste collection (management) provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,
4) transfer of municipal waste for management at the place/places of collection (management) waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer,
5) ensuring, throughout the entire period of implementation of municipal waste collection and transport services, a place/places for collection (management) of all municipal waste fractions,
6) providing the Ordering Party concept...
