- The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and transporting municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune and city of Lubomierz and their development until 30.06.2026.
Waste will be collected from the area of ββthe Lubomierz commune, which currently has about 6,000 inhabitants who liveconstantly and temporarily in the city and village. The Lubomierz commune includes the following 13 village councils: Hops, Golejow, Janice, Maciejowiec, MΔmiecice, Oleszno Podgorska, Passier + Zalesie, PΕawna Dolna, PΕawna Gorna, Pokrzywnik, Popielowek, Radoniow, Wojciechow.There are changes in addresses and the number of residents served, real estate. These changes will not change the unit values ββlisted in the price form.It includes:
1) selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with the regulations in force during the contract, the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the commune and city of Lubomierz - constituting Annex No. 13a to SWZ) of the following waste fractions:
a) mixed - code 200 301,
b) paper and cardboard - code - CODE150 101,
c) plastics and metal - code 150 104,150 102, 150 105, 150 106
d) glass - code 150 107,
e) biodegradable waste - code 200 201,
