Description:
The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Jeżewo commune, where residents live with a frequency specified in resolution No. LXIV/471/2023 of the Jeżewo Commune Council (Annex 10) on the regulations for maintaining cleanlinessand order in the commune of Jeżewo in exchange for the fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management, as well as from the selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter PSZOK) in Jeżewo ul. Łąkowa 2A.
Waste covered by the subject of the contract for collection wereclassified in accordance with the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste directory and falls within a group marked with the code: 20 - municipal waste, including selectively collected fractions and 15 - packaging waste, 17 - construction and demolition waste fromconducting small works that do not require a building permit or notification of intention to build or perform works and 16 - used tires.which residents inhabit, on which municipal waste is created with a frequency specified in the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jeżewo commune,
