- The subject of the order is a service involving the collection of municipal waste from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2027 in the Piechowice Municipality, their transport and management in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).
As part of the service provided, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: to:
1) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from:
a) owners of residential properties
b) owners of real estate on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes, used only by part of the year
c) owners of properties where no residents live and municipal waste is generated,
2) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), as well as servicing PSZOK and equipping the point with containers, in accordance with with applicable law.
3) organization and operation of mobile collection of large-size household waste;
