Description:
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. 132, item 622, as amended), provisions of Resolution No. /XX/240/20 of October 22, 2020. Voivodeship Assembly West Pomeranian Voivodeship regarding the adoption of an update of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2020-2026, taking into account the perspective for 2027-2032 and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Poczyn-Zdrj Commune, waste collected by the Ordering Party as a result of the activities of municipal services related to the cleaning of streets, squares, green areas, renovation of housing resources, three cemeteries in the towns: Poczyn-Zdrj, Toporzyk, Popielewo and those created at the Ordering Party's headquarters at ul.
