Description:
The subject of the order will be the implementation of the task titled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents in the Żelechow commune":
Subject of the order:
1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected directly from real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Żelechow Commune
2) equipment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and collection, transport and management of municipal waste given to PSZOK by residents of the Żelechow Commune (in accordance with section 5 of Annex 3 to the SWZ);
3b of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733).
about keeping clean and order in municipalities, the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, the applicable resolution of the City Council in Żelechow on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collection of municipal waste from property owners and the management of this waste and the applicable resolution of the City Council in Żelechow on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żelechow Commune.
