- 4.1. The subject of the order is the service entitled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Kłoczew Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in 2026-2027". The scope includes the provision of collection, transport and arrangement services municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Kłoczew Commune. The service also includes the transport of municipal waste collected at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point run by the Kłoczew Commune, located in Kłoczew, ul. Targowa 1, as well as collection of large-size waste in the form of a traveling collection from all towns in the Kłoczew commune once a year (on a date agreed with the ordering party) and providing property owners with bags for selective waste collection. Kłoczew commune within the system does not provide for the collection of waste generated as part of business activities, including agricultural ones.
4.2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the provisions of law in this regard and their changes introduced during the period of service provision and the implementing regulations relating to these set
