Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live and from the selective municipal waste collection point located in the Wilczyce Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the law below. While carrying out the subject of the order during for the duration of the contract, the service should be provided in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular: 1) the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), 2) the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647),3) Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587),4) Act of September 11, 2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 573),5) Acts of April 24, 2009 o batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 809),6) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on...
