• Description:
• The subject of the order is: Part I - Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Celestynow Commune. Part II - Collection, transport and management of bulky waste, electronic waste and textiles from owners' premises real estate residing in the Celestynow Commune as additional collection at source. Part III - Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ to the extent corresponding to individual parts. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts under single-source procurement, in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act. Single-family development: The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of: 1) waste collection, transport and management municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Celestynow Commune, 2) equipping real estate with bags for selective waste collection, 3) equipping new real estate with containers for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and replacing damaged containers capacity 120 l (estimated number of containers to be delivered approx. 250 pcs.), 240 l (estimated number of containers to be delivered approx. 100 pcs.).
