- The subject of the order is: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the Józefów and PSZOK communes, as well as emptying and collection of waste from street bins in 2026. 5.2. The entire order in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 The Public Procurement Law is divided into two parts, detailed below. 5.3. Part 1 of the order - "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Józefów Commune and from PSZOK". 5.4 Characteristics of the Józefów Commune 1) The area of the Józefów Commune is 12,643.5 ha 2) The number of inhabitants of the Józefów Commune is: 6,393 as of September 30, 2025. 5.5 Detailed data characterizing the order. Number of households 1,936, including 113 living in multi-family buildings in Długi Kąt Osada and at ul. Kościuszko in Józefów. Number of single-family farms located in Józefów - 700, in other towns - 1,123. The above data on the number of households may change in as a result of the occupation of new buildings or the depopulation of buildings. The service will be provided in the period from January 1, 2026 (or the date of signing the contract) to December 31, 2026. Part 2 of the order - "Emptying and collection of waste from street bins in the Józefów Commune and collection and management of waste from organizational units in 2026. 5.7.1.
