Description:
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste
(including hazardous waste) from property owners and bus stops in the Piątnica commune in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, WPGO, u.u.c.p.g. and the Waste Act. Scope of the order refers to all residential properties located in the Piątnica commune and public places where, in accordance with u.u.c.p.g. the ordering party is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e. real estate owned by the Piątnica Commune - transport stops). List of these addresses properties from which waste will be collected
(including properties where bio-waste is composted in home composters) will remain by the Piątnica Commune transferred to the Contractor who will be awarded the order, no later than 7 days from signing the contract. Number real estate residential areas from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the execution of the Order. During the execution of the Order, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with information necessary for the proper performance of the Agreement, in particular regarding changes in the number and location of real estate. residents subject to the obligation to collect waste. The contractor's obligation will be to execute the order taking into account the above changes within the offered contract execution amount.
