- 1. Name given to the order by the Ordering Party: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the Potworów commune and from PSZOK.2. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection of municipal mixed solids waste, waste segregated from property owners in the Monster Commune and management of the collected waste, i.e. recovery or neutralization, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733).3.
