- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live in the Chodel Commune, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in a way that ensures the achievement of levels of recycling required by relevant legal provisions, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Lublin Voivodeship 2022 (Resolution of the Lublin Voivodeship Assembly No. XXIV/349/2016 of December 2, 2016) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Chodel Commune adopted by Resolution No. LXIV/266/2023 of the Chodel Commune Council of 28 February 2023.
2. The scope of the subject of the order - in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Chodel Commune includes:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, including:
a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
b) paper waste, cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste,
c) glass waste, glass packaging waste,
