- The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from real estate where residents live, located in the commune of Tomaszow Lubelski, as well as the establishment and operation of a Selective Waste Collection Point. Municipal (PSZOK) in the Tomaszow Lubelski commune.
The subject of the order will be implemented in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship and regulations valid during the period of execution of the order local law.
The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with environmental protection law and sanitary regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners.
