- The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Niebylec Commune, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, and the management of this waste in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2027. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected under the order is 2,643.0 Mg. The order also includes the delivery of approximately 593,900 waste bags, along with bag stickers in the form of a barcode, identifying each inhabited property. The scope of the order includes 11 villages: Baryczka, Blizianka, GwoΕΊdzianka, GwoΕΊnica Dolna, GwoΕΊnica Gorna, Jawornik, Konieczkowa, MaΕowka, Niebylec, Lutcza and PoΕomia. The number of residents from whom municipal waste will be collected is 8,725 people, and the Ordering Party stipulates that this number during the duration of the subject of the order may change, depending on the submitted declarations on the amount of fees for municipal waste management by owners of residential properties. The scope of the order includes in particular the collection and management of: 1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste in an amount of approximately 1,100.0 Mg, 2) segregated municipal waste of the types listed below in an amount of approximately 1,021.6 Mg, including: a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste), b) metals and plastics (including metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste pcs...
