Description:
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Ropczyce Commune in the period from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act on waste, and in accordance with with the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ropczyce Commune, in force to the extent related to the order and consistent with the current wording of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes.
The subject of the order covers 5,833 pieces of real estate, including 5,749 in the development area single-family and farm buildings and multi-family buildings outside the city (called "MN, MR") and 84 in the multi-family development area in the city of Ropczyce (called "MW").
