Description:
The subject of the order includes the provision of a service called: "Collection, transport
and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the City of Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), collection, transport and management waste from PSZOK, including in particular:
1) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Dęblin, as well as collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and the implementing provisions of these acts and the provisions Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship and current resolutions of the Dęblin City Council on the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Dęblin" and "Detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in exchange for payment fee for municipal waste management by the property owner.
2)Equipping residential real estate:
a) in single-family buildings in bags:
-green with the inscription "GLASS", intended for glass waste, including glass packaging waste;
