Description:
The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Przyłęk commune and from PSZOK.PSZOK.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Przyłęk commune and from Pszok.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular:
1) the collection of municipal waste from real estateresiding in the commune of Przyłęk and from PSZOK;
2) collection of waste other than municipal;
3) transport of collected waste;
4) the development of collected waste, i.e. transfer of real estate collected from owners and from PSZOK selectively collected municipal waste for recovery and installation of recovery andwaste disposal, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (vol. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended); Transmission of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste to municipal installation in accordance with art. 29a of the ActAbout waste.
3. The expected amount of waste collected and developed, i.e. the amount of mg of waste, which the contractor is obliged to collect during the order processing period will be around 2,295,720 mg (basic scope).
