- The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the order description from properties located in the Krasnosielc commune, where residents live, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels. recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, consolidated text), Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), Regulation of the Minister Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), with the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025, together with annexes and current resolutions of the Krasnosielc Commune Council regarding municipal waste management
