- The order includes the collection, transport and development of the municipal waste from residing real estate located in the Gozdowo commune and PSZOK, indicated in the description specified in art. 3b para. 1 point 2) of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities of September 13, 1996. (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste, transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the abovementioned of the Act, the provisions of the economy plan waste for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2030 adopted by the resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Sejmik No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025, and in accordance with the regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gozdowo commune in force during the contract.
