1. The subject of these proceedings is the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point PSZOK by collecting municipal waste selectively collected and delivered by residents to PSZOK, which is located at ul. Zgorzelecka in Bogatynia.2. Detailed the description of the subject of the order is specified in the specification of the terms of the order, which constitutes an integral part of this announcement.3. The Contractor is obliged to operate the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter: PSZOK) by collecting municipal waste. selectively collected and delivered by residents to PSZOK, which is located at ul. Zgorzelecka in Bogatynia.4. The contractor is obliged to: a. providing scales for weighing the delivered waste, b. collection and transport of waste to the installation, c. unloading and unloading, d. cleaning, e. providing containers and bins to PSZOK, which is the property of the Ordering Party, f. management of collected waste
