Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Skarszewy Commune, divided into the following parts:
1) Part No. 1 of the order - collection, transport and management of waste from real estate in the Skarszewy Commune
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties included in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Skarszewy Commune, including properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Skarszewy Commune.
The contractor's responsibilities include equipping the property and maintaining devices (containers) for the selective collection of municipal waste and mixed municipal waste.
2)Part No. 2 of the order - collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK
The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste delivered by residents of the Skarszewy Commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) organized in the Skarszewy Commune.
2. During the provision of services, the Contractor is obliged to comply applicable legal provisions.
3. The implementation of the service must enable the management of municipal waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy and must not result in deterioration of the quality of waste collected for further processing.
