- 3.1 The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste in the estimated average monthly quantity in the basic amount of 458.33 Mg (total 5,500 Mg for the entire contract period), optionally: not more than 400 Mg - for the entire contract (a detailed description of the option right is included in is in point 21.10 of the SWZ) from all inhabited properties, and from a summer house or other property used for recreational purposes, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Management Plan valid during the period of execution of the order waste for the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship and the provisions of local law, as well as the collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste transferred by owners of residential properties and from a summer house or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes. in the Sulejow commune to PSZOK (without running and operating PSZOK.
