- 1. The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management of PreRDF components for the production of alternative fuel, i.e. waste with code 19 12 12, produced at the Ordering Party's plant. The offered method of development must be carried out in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of waste management methods, in particular with those described in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), recovery processes. For the production of components for In the production of alternative RDF fuel, ballast is used after the separation of fractions 80-300 mm and fractions 300 mm from unsegregated municipal waste, waste after segregation of raw material waste, as well as shredded waste from dismantling bulky waste. The composition of waste constituting the input material for components for the production of alternative fuel consists mainly of plastic waste - including: LDPE, PE, PP, PET, PS and paper, cardboard, rubber and textile waste. Waste o code 19 12 12 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in bulk. Waste used to prepare components for the production of alternative fuel is practically free of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and glass, by subjecting it to magnetic, eddy current and manual separation processes.
