- The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management in the recovery process of alternative fuel, i.e. waste with code 19 12 10, produced at the Ordering Party's plant. The offered method of development must be carried out in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of methods of dealing withwaste, in particular those described in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), recovery processes. For the production of alternative fuel, ballast is used after the separation of fractions 80-300 mm and fractions 300 mm from unsegmentedcollected municipal waste (code 20 03 01) as well as waste after segregation of raw material waste. The waste that is the input material for the production of alternative fuel consists mainly of plastic waste - including: LDPE, PE, PP, PET, PS and paper, cardboard, rubber and textile waste. Waste with code 19 12 10 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in bulk, in the form of flakes with dimensions of approx. 40x40 mm, obtained in the shredding process using mechanical shredders. Waste used to prepare alternative fuel is practically free of metalsferrous, non-ferrous metals and glass, by subjecting them to magnetic, eddy current and manual separation processes.
