- Description:
- The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge code 19 08 05, screenings code 19 08 01 and the contents of sand trap code 19 08 02 generated at the sewage treatment plant in Kostkowice. The amount of sludge expected by the Ordering Party, which is the subject of the order, is approximately 400 Mg for the sludge, 10 Mg for the screenings and 6 Mg for the sand trap content. The quantity given is an estimate and may change. The Ordering Party reserves the right increasing or reducing the amount of waste transferred. If municipal waste is collected from the cleaning plant in an amount smaller than that specified above, the Contractor is not entitled to claim compensation from the Ordering Party in this respect. Notwithstanding the above The contractor will be entitled to remuneration only for the amount of waste actually collected. The management of stabilized sewage sludge should be carried out in accordance with the principles of waste treatment specified in the applicable regulations, the Act of December 14 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587), excluding Art. 96 of the Act, the Ordering Party does not allow the use of stabilization...
