Description:
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management by recovery or disposal of stabilized sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant located at 34-615 Sopnice 1383. The sludge is waste code 190805. The expected annual amount of sludge is 640.00 Mg +/- 10%. Higher the above-mentioned values depend on the quantity and quality of raw sewage flowing to the treatment plant, sewage transported to the catchment station by slurry tankers. The determined amounts are estimates and may change according to the actual needs of the ordering party, taking into account the amount of sludge produced by the treatment plant. The amounts of sediment given above should be treated as indicative. The contractor is not entitled to compensation for failure to achieve the indicated amounts. In the event of a larger amount of waste than specified, the Contractor undertakes to collect it under the same conditions. The service provider is obliged to deliver one tight container with a volume of 8-10 m, adapted to transport municipal sewage sludge.
