- 1. The subject of the order is:
Part 1:
a) collection, transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively from properties in the Commune and City of Witkowo, where:
- residents live,
- there are houses holiday home or other real estateused for recreational purposes (summer plots in the towns of Gaj, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, SkorzΔcin and Wiekowo),
b) collection, transport and management of separately collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in the town of MaΕaowo-Wierzbiczany,
c) collection, transport and management of selectively collected municipal waste from areas intended for public use,
d) collection, transport and management of large-sized waste from the area of ββthe Commune and the City of Witkowo,
e) ensuring the appropriate quantity and quality of containerand bags for selective waste collection.
1.1. As part of the task, the contractor will collect and transport:
a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to the municipal installation,
b) waste selectively collected from property owners, collected from PSZOK and from areas intended for use ppublic sector directly or through another waste collector to waste recovery or disposal installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Art. 17 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste,
