Description:
The subject of this order is a service consisting in: 1) collection, transport and management of waste code 190805 (stabilized municipal sewage sludge) from the area of the sewage treatment plant in Lipie, ul. Zioowa 10, 42-165 Lipie2) supplies The sewage treatment plant should be equipped with containers and waste containers with code 19 08 056.2. The execution of the order will consist in: 1) Equipping the treatment plant with sludge containers should take place within 7 days from the date of signing the contract. 2) Direct and successive acceptance from sewage treatment plant in Lipie by the waste contractor with code 19 08 05 (predictable average collection 1-2 times a month)3) Collection and loading of a full waste container and simultaneous provision of an empty waste container within 5 days from the date of the telephone call or the Ordering Party notifies the Contractor of such a need by e-mail. 4) The contractor ensures loading, transport of the collected waste on its own, weighing and management of the collected waste on its own or transferring it to plants managing activities in the field of waste use, recovery and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.5) Removal of waste from sewage treatment plants...
