- The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste with code 20 02 01 without bags. a) The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of waste in the recovery or recycling process in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 - on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). biodegradable with code 20 02 01. b) The estimated amount of waste with code 20 02 01 during the order execution period will be 400 Mg. c) The method and place of management of the collected waste must be in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard, and in particular with the requirements of the above-mentioned. the Act and its implementing provisions. d) Waste with code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) will come from selective collection from property owners and from mowing streets and parks. e) Waste with code 20 02 01 will be collected from the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. z o. o. in Zawiercie from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., by the Contractor's transport and at his expense. f) The Contractor is obliged to collect and transport waste on time to the place of target disposal no later than 24 hours (response time) from mom...
