- 2.1 The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties, summer houses and properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Gowarczow Commune. waste from GPSZOK and the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from the building of the Gowarczw City and Commune Office and waste from public utility places at the disposal of the Gowarczw City and Commune Office in the period of 12 months starting from January 1, 2026 to 31 December 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the applicable Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gowarczw commune.
