Description:
The subject of the order consists of:
z o. o. mixed municipal waste,
b) development by the Contractor on his own or delivery to the installation
ZGOK Sp. waste collected selectively from owners real estate (waste referred to in points a) and b)) where residents live, from owners of real estate where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, uninhabited real estate, cemeteries, utility facilities public, educational facilities, municipal beaches, sports fields, street bins and companies located in the Purda Commune, regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and weight reduction biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. Waste collection, transport and management should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of December 14 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587), guidelines of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
